Wow...people have often told me I look like my mother but I really never saw it....uhhhhh, until now! Here we are with Granny and Mom, what a good looking group!
Saffren seemed to know just what to do although most of it ended up on her shirt!
Saffren's First Day of School
Although we LOVE it now, the first day at daycare was a little rough. I'm sure Saffren could sense her Mommy's sadness that our summer together had come to an end! :(
That Daddy...he's SO FUNNY!
Aunt Kara and Cousin Emmie
I love this sweet picture! Kara is such a great mom!
Napping in the crib her Pops made her...
Saffren tries to make her escape!
Happy Reading
While Daddy wrestles, I take the more "educational route" and enjoy reading to Saffren on the floor!
Silly Faces
Of course, there's always time for being silly too!
2 Months and Counting
Saffren is growing like a weed! She turned 2 months old June 27th!
Three Baldies
Also on the 27th, Saffren met her Great Grandfather, "Papa J.F." ...can you tell he's my Dad's Dad??
Garrett's Mom and I at "Color Me Mine."
Playing with Paint!
The Finished Product!
Cleaning up the little monster's feet
As if the paint wasn't bad enough, the cold wet paper towel clean up was even more terrible, according to Saffren. You would have thought we were holding her little feet to a fire.
Saffren and "Di Di"
In between coats of paint Saffren's Di Di picked her up and loved on her!
Trip to the park
Papa and Mimi just couldn't stay away...they drove back up to Frisco (it's a five hour drive) for more face time with the little one!
Chatting with Mimi
Papa teaching Saffren the art of napping. He's an expert, ya know.
Bath Time
Family of 3
Proud Grandparents
Papa and Mimi
Chatty Cathy? should be Chatty Charles!
The day we went to the hospital we had one last pregnancy photo shoot. Congrats David, you made this shot!
Baby Crib
Bentley decided he needed to supervise while Garrett assembled the crib
Sympathy Belly?
My fun Aunt Sharon is always good for a "belly laugh"... check out mom cracking up in the background.
Butt on the Copier
Those words between her legs say, "It's a Girl!"
Pitter patter, little feet
Actually it's a pretty large foot...she takes after her Mom...poor thing!
Bird's eye view
Baby's fingers are in her mouth. You can see her right wrist really well here.
